Mr. Mertic reminded everyone about Open Mainframe Summit and activities at the event.

Ms. Decker presented a proposal for a Mainframe Modernization Working Group for the approval of the TAC. TAC generally was supportive and provided feedback on some of the specifics of the proposal. Phil motioned to approve, Mark seconded, all in favor.

Mr. Church proposed moving the Atom plugins project to emertius Phil motioned to approve, Sean seconded, all in favor.

GenevaERS is working on videos to push to YouTube to showcase parts of the application.

Mentorship closing out the Summer term, waiting on a few final evaluations and videos.

Zowe held a great Zowe Day at SHARE, just did a code freeze of 2.3 for release later this month. Zowe 2.3 will include the configuration management tools for easier installation.

Ambitus has cancelled recent TSC meetings due to illnesses, but in coming TSC meetings there will be some discussion on new efforts in the space that could align with the project.

Software Discovery Tool getting ready to merge in summer mentorship work in the coming weeks.

Linux Distributions WG will have a talk at Open Mainframe Summit.
